Healthy Food helps us to maintain the health and comfort. It is recomended to select the food and the quantity to produce a possitive effect to the psychological and mental weell being. Vegetables food is a key componet of a healthy diet.In this category is included the products based on cereals.In adidition, eat vegetables contribute carbohydrates , fiber , vitamins and minerals to our body. Cereals are one of the most important source of energy for our body.For example, the rain oats is characterized by it highest content of vitamins and iron.While the wheat and rice are high in magnesium. Daily consumption of fruit can prevent cardiovascular diseases and cancer because of the different kind of vitamins.Also, eat a variety or different kind of fruit contribute a good benefit. It is good to eat fruit any time a day because they contains sugar in form of fructose that provide quick energy to the body. ins to our body. Animals products that is conformed by milk , dairy , meat , fish , eggs and cheese , contribute high quality proteins to our body. In one hand , Animal fats are high in cholesterol and saturated fatty acids that increase the risk of developing cardiovascular disease . In another hand, they are important in our healthy diet in low amount.
